I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the noise from the elevator was quite bothersome despite requesting a quiet room. The service, however, was excellent, with extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was convenient, although some areas seemed neglected. The dining options were a bit of a letdown, but the overall value for money was decent.
